The sound quality is not the best is it? Anybody else experiencing the same trouble?

It's a bad recording my friend. On another board theres a lot of discussion over this. A friend of mine was at the event (Slinky Halloween Ball) and it is a shame the recording isn't at its best like we all hoped for.

IT SOUNDS SHIT!!! Bloody good tracklisting but I haven't played much more than the first 2 mins and then some random spots to check it, it's like a badly tuned in old car stereo, with a loose wire on one speaker!!!

I emailed Jules last Sunday about this problem but (as yet) haven't had a reply which is unusual as Jules always replies to emails l send him. Perhaps he is still having problems with his new laptop!

Maybe he is too embarrassed and disappointed about the situation. I personally would be if it was me. Although this is Jules, he wouldn't be like that would he, more likely to be busy then.

Look on the bright side... Even though it would have been great to have a good quality recording of this mix he's one of the rare DJ's that bothers to go that extra mile to do it for us in the first place. It's good of him to record a monthly mix most times and put it on his site for our pleasure and most of the others have been top notch imo.

I suppose, but it's even more disappointing to read that tracklist, and to know Jules mixed it and it sounds like shag!! I already get green with envy of people seeing and hearing him when I don't and this just rubs it in.
I Love Jules though, I don't blame him. ;)

I saw him at Ministry of Sound for the Trance Awards this Friday just gone if it's any consolation lol. And he was brilliant. Lange and the Thrillseekers were also there.
